Aluminium extrusion from A - Z
The Kanya aluminium profile modular system: base 20 to 50
With Kanya's modular aluminium profile system, you can solve any design task professionally, flexibly and safely. Kanya's aluminium extrusions are available in different sizes (basic 50, 45, 40, 30, 20) and in different profile types, such as the basic profile, heavy profile, light profile, corner profile, front profile and many more. The 40x40 base profile is universally applicable for all types of construction, extremely stable and hard to beat in terms of cost-effectiveness.

Aluminium profiles versus steel solutions
When choosing between aluminium profiles and steel solutions, aluminium profiles offer a range of advantages, such as:
- 3x lighter than steel (lower transport costs and easier handling)
- Corrosion protection through anodisation
- Higher recycling rate, as it is easy to recycle
- Easy assembly, disassembly and extensions
- Lower full costs
Connection of extrusions
Depending on the design, the aluminium extrusions are connected with the necessary connector. Whether with a universal connector, a mitre connector or a special connector, the possible connections with the extrusion connection system (PVS) are unlimited.
Note: The same nut dimension ensures compatibility through all sizes. Whether low load-bearing constructions or stable constructions with high loads, we have the right aluminium extrusion for this. The aluminium extrusion are available in stock lengths of 5 metres or, in some cases, 6 metres and can be cut and machined to the desired dimensions. In addition, we offer all products in the most common CAD formats for download. This saves you valuable time in the design process.

Advantages of Kanya extrusion assembly system
- Wide range of aluminium extrusion (heavy extrusion, light extrusion, corner extrusion etc.)
- Compatibility through all sizes (50, 45, 40, 30, 20)
- Closed aluminium extrusions for clean room areas or according to design aspect
- CAD download in numerous formats
Compatibility across all sizes
With Kanya aluminium extrusions, you benefit from unique compatibility: thanks to the same slot dimensions, extrusions of different sizes, such as the 50 and 40 base, can be connected to each other without any problems. This makes our extrusions particularly flexible and versatile.
Customisation for your projects:
- Stock lengths: Our aluminium extrusions are available in standard 5-metre lengths, and some are also available in 6-metre lengths.
- Customised lengths: We can custom-manufacture your profiles to fit perfectly.
- CAD compatibility: Save time in the design process – all products are available for download in the most common CAD formats.

Surfaces for aluminium extrusions: durable and individually customisable
Kanya's aluminium extrusions are colourlessly anodised as standard, thus providing high-quality corrosion protection. On request, they can be anodised in other colours or powder-coated in the desired RAL or NCS colours – a cost-effective and flexible alternative.
Advantages of surface coating:
- Corrosion protection: anodised surfaces provide lasting protection against the effects of weather.
- Custom colour scheme: ideal for aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Robust and durable: resistant to mechanical loads and chemical influences.
Our extrusions are made of the high-quality alloys EN AW-6063 and EN AW-6060, which are characterised by their stability and versatility.
