The base frame of the belt conveyor: robustness and stability
The substructure forms the stable base of the belt conveyor and consists of Kanya base 40 and 80 aluminium profiles. It bears the load of the conveyor belt and the transported material and ensures its stability and safety during operation.
A selection of different base elements such as castors, levelling feet and mounting brackets provide complete support and flexibility.
Base frame h-shaped
The H-shaped base frame is designed for the frame width of the conveyor and provides a secure footing.
Swivel castor
The swivel castor with brakes has a diameter of 75 mm and can be easily attached to the base frame.
Base frame H-shaped wide
This frame is characterised by increased stability. The larger support surface enables a higher weight load.
Levelling feet
These continuously variable leveling feet are used for many applications. The cup is attached in such a way as to compensate for uneven floors
Base frame central
The base frame with central support is particularly suitable for narrow and short belt conveyors.
Mounting bracket
The «Single bolting bracket reinforced» provides a firm base and is screwed directly into the floor.
